Yoga Retreat

Hello from Bowen Island in British Columbia! I am here on a yoga retreat will my yoga studio this week. Wi-Fi is limited so I will do my best to post.

Our retreat center is in the middle of a forest. Here is my cute little A Frame I am staying in this week. 

Inside my room. Perfect for one and the window goes directly out to the forest. 

We had opening ceremony tonight and gentle yoga. The real fun starts tomorrow. LaRue is here with me and I have met some lovely women so far. I’ll get more photos tomorrow.
