We drove down to San Diego today to watch the Giants play the Padres. It was a beautiful day in SD, perfect for baseball. Our seats were in center field, but the coolest part was we were right next to the bullpen. Lisa and I took this selfie with Buster Posey!
The Giants took an early lead but after a Padre grandslam we had trouble scoring. The highlight was when Posey hit a homerun that landed in our section, 5 rows in front of us! I always have my glove on during games, but of course he hit the ball out when Syd was wearing it!! Someday I will catch a ball.
Fun day at the ball park. I was happy to end Spring Break doing something fun. Back to reality tomorrow.
