I did not expect today to be so emotional! I was super excited for Harris, but as soon as Amy Klobuchar opened the ceremony the tears were flowing! Lady Gag singing the national anthem was excellent and I loved watching all of the Biden Harris family members walking in. JLo even made me cry when she sang This Land is My Land. The day felt overwhelmingly hopeful, even though I know we have a lot of work to do. My favorite part was the poem by Amanda Gorman, she was incredible!

I also think it is cool the Biden walked back racist policies and protected the environment on his first day. It was a huge success.
