Make It Main Street

This afternoon/evening CLA hosted a booth at Make It Main Street, a local street fair in Half Moon Bay. We set up our table and tent and posted our sign. It felt so real representing Coastside Leadership Academy in the community!

My family came and helped with tables, chairs, and our craft. Syd came too and supported in the tent. A few of our students who have applied for the Fall came to say hi and one helped us talk to people and created a lot of interest. She’s a marketing agent in the making! We had a lot of people walk up and say they had read about our school and thought the idea was great and needed on the coast. We talked to parents, and students, and made a lot of good connections. Super excited about all the people we met today. 

Being on Main Street and sharing our mission and vision for girls education was so awesome! It fueled my soul and made me feel like we were headed in the right direction. I’m so grateful for the experience and hope to do more events like this soon. 

Camp starts Monday! We are ready.
