Fall Equinox

Today we took our students to Inspiration Platform in the Pescadero Marsh. It was a full circle moment while celebrating the Fall Equinox. We told the students the story of CLA and how last November we had the spark of inspiration to start something to help empower and heal teen girls while meditating together on the platform. We had a really fun day in the marsh and the Coast’s warm fall weather was in full form.

I was super excited to recreate Lindsay and my photo that we take every time we come to the platform with some of our students. 

The original. Platform is much fuller now 10 months later! We guessed that we could fit 6 yoga mats and that’s the exact number we had today. 

In the afternoon we hiked to the beach and spent time playing in the cave.

And then this evening Syd and I walked in the reserve and the light was beautiful. My heart is full. Happy Fall!!
