I got the back van tire stuck in a ditch. Luckily we were all safe and a neighbor brought a tow rope and a pickup truck to pull us out. Not my shining moment, but it happens!
We have been teaching our students how to buy a car. We took them to CarMax to learn about the information listed on the car stickers at the dealership. They are loving this unit and have learned about APR rates, registration, and car insurance.
We hosted a table at a local wellness fair. LaRue’s dog Katoo is infront of our table.
We tried to see the northern lights, but it was a lot more visible the night before. It was worth a try since it is on my bucket list!
We took Arthur to the vet and turns out he has lost two pounds! He gets to eat three times per day now and we are giving him medicine. He’s fine, just starting to get older. We love him so much!!
We went to the Bay FC soccer game with our friends and it was so much fun. I love seeing the enthusiasm for women’s sports and there were so many families with young soccer players in attendance. It was awesome!!
Today I led a training for the Junior Giants coaches this season. The SF Giants sponsor the league and the Women’s Coaching Alliance is supporting the first time coaches this season. It was so fun to train the coaches today. I am really grateful for the opportunity and energized by the enthusiasm for coaching.
