Pacifica Coaching Clinic

This morning I met with the Pacifica Girls Softball League and added some coaching tools to their toolboxes. I’ve been using the toolbox metaphor for coaching coaches and it has been going well as a visual. Coaching tools in the box are different skills and strategies coaches use while coaching their teams. Today we talked about practice planning as a tool, community building, and fundamentals each age division should be focusing on. Lots of enthusiasm for the fall ball season!
