On my walk this morning I saw the osprey! He has been gone for at least 3 months. I saw him fly over seal cove and then land of the tree. It was really cool to see him soar. 
The energy has been really intense, with the storm, full moon, and election, so I laid on the forest floor. It made me feel a lot better to connect with the earth. Here is my view looking up at the trees.
