At our softball team meeting today we defined what our core values look like and what they don't look like. The clearer our description the better because then it is easy to embody them on and off the field. My goal tomorrow is to compile everyone's ideas into one sheet of inspiration.
This is good business training, on the job planning. Not just athletics.
