Women’s Coaching Alliance

Yesterday I helped lead a training session for softball coaches through the Women’s Coaching Alliance. The WCA trains first year coaches in leadership skills that they can use in their sport and beyond. I helped to create an 8 week program for the coaches to implement with their teams. It was fun to connect with the new coaches and hear their stories. The experience filled my tank for the week and I’m excited to continue to mentor young leaders on and off the softball field!
