Aloha Market and Chickens

I stopped by the Aloha Market today at the Botanical Garden in Poipu. It is only open on Thursdays and I always seem to miss it! The market features local artists and businesses. 
I got a mango from a local farmer!

And I enjoyed some of the flowers. 

Then this afternoon a little chick curled up on the chair next to me and took a nap! 
The chick and its mom have been visiting us daily on our porch. It is hard not to feed them, but we know we are not supposed to. This is the mom who was hanging out too while the chick napped. 
Tomorrow is our last full day on the island. Two weeks went fast, and it also feels like we have been away from home for awhile. I miss Arthur!
