Syd and I wanted to get out of the city for a little bit so we went for a hike in the San Gabriel mountains. The weather has been cloudy for the last two and a half weeks so it was nice to have a sunny day. I thought the rainbow patch in the sky was pretty.
The creek running along the trail had a surprising amount of water in it. Last year we came to this spot and the creek was virtually dry. I guess that's a good sign.
