Captains Meeting

Today we had all the captains of the different teams come together to talk about leadership and committment. It was really interesting to hear that every team captain feels their team is not as committed to the season as they would like. I also learned that the majority of our team leaders consider themselves introverts! That makes a huge difference on how we need to motivate them. I hope we can have more conversations like this going forward. We all benefitted, players and coaches.
