Faculty and Staff Retreat

During the faculty and staff retreat we did an appreciation exercise within our departments. Each person in our department wrote three positive qualities that our colleagues bring to our team. We wrote them down on postits and then read them aloud. 

In the Student Life department, we put the postit with the positive attribute on each other when we read them. After going through all of them, the team chose the single most important quality the person brings to our entire Mercy community. 

After we went through the activity, we looked around and realized we were the only department wearing the postits! Leave it to Student Life to have the most fun. 

The word my team agreed on for me was Energy. It seems like they know me pretty well.
