We have been really working on our bunting and small ball at practice this week. Advancing runners and execution is important during the playoffs. Even in just a few days our bunting skills have really improved. Not sure how much we will need to bunt because my hitters are talented, but it is good to have extra skills, and our defense has gotten to work on bunt defense a lot too!
We found out that we will be playing Saratoga on Saturday at 2:00 at Fremont High School. We were a little surprised to be playing down in San Jose because we are the higher seed and traditionally you don't have to travel, but know we can win on any field.
