The Energy Bus

I shared The Energy Bus by Jon Gordon with my team today. We needed to get re-inspired and re-energized for the last three games of the regular season. My hope is that we can get a little momentum going into the playoffs.

To get the girls excited, we read the book, and then I brought out a Playmobile bus. Every player got a little person and as they put their person in the bus they committed to their teammates to be present and positive.

Our practice today was awesome. The spirit was high and the energy was contagious. We are all excited for our game against Carlmont tomorrow.
