Fixing the Bench

Syd and I went to my mom’s bench earlier this week and discovered that the top plank was loose. The wood is old, and the screws are rusty, but it looked like it was repairable. This morning we brought some tools out and tightened everything up. It is good to go and open for sitting. 
It was a beautiful morning to be out on the bluffs.
