It was so nice to feel the collective sigh of relief.
With the news, Syd and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary. We drove south and walked around the Pigeon Point Light House.
Per tradition, we had Mezza Luna for dinner, but ate it at home just in time for the speeches!
I was really hoping Kamala would wear white like the suffragettes, and she did! Cue the tears in our house. Her speech was excellent and it really felt like a historic moment.
When Biden spoke it was refreshing to hear someone I felt like was telling the truth and that I could trust. Here’s to the next four years!
Happy Anniversary, Syd! One we will never forget.
