V and I have been having crazy long days lately. Getting up at 6:30am, leave the house by 8, running around, breakfast, something fun/touristy, and then practice at IH, dinner, get home around 8:30, watch TV, shower, giggle, and then crash in my room and to it all over again the next day. I haven't even had time to respond to emails or check my Facebook. So busy, but so awesome too to get to have fun days with V.
Today was no different.
V and I met Benz at the Camarillo outlets at 10 and shopped there for most of the morning. We only went into 7 stores but V managed to do some major US shopping damage.
After shopping we sped over to IH for practice. The middle school softball team had a home game today (not allowed when my team has practice, but that is a whole differ blog post...), so we were not able to practice on the field until 5:15. Luckily the field has lights. Not light enough to play a game, but light enough for batting practice.
By the time we were done with practice, it was around 7:00 and still 75 degrees out. It was clear night so V and I rode up the hill from the school to Griffith Observatory to see the view of Los Angeles all lit up.

So cool, and so big! LA seems to expand for forever.
Now, almost 10:00, time to melt into my bed and watch America's Next Top Model. Santa Monica in the AM and our first home game at IH in the PM.
