It has been super hot in the Valley lately (and everywhere for that matter... I heard it was hot in Switzerland this week too), and at 5:00 for my 12u softball practice it was still 103 degrees. The poor girls were a mess. I felt like Nurse Claire today instead of Coach. Two girls had to sit out because they were feeling dizzy and nauseous, and another had a bloody nose! I also thought it was funny that the girls came running to me when they weren't feeling well instead of the 3 dads that are also coaches... hmm.No complaints about the heat here though. I loved it after being indoors all day at school.
hmmmmmmmm, we are fogged in here in SF ~ had to use my windshield wipers last night. Grrrrrrrrr....
