Kristin and Katie came to visit me in Pasadena today. Kristin drove down to Santa Barbara yesterday to stay with Katie at UCSB, and it was a bit of a last minute decision to have a reunion down here.
We went hiking in Griffith Park and enjoyed the beautiful weather. It totally feels like summer now. Only 3 more weeks to go!
After hanging out in the park, we went to Trader Joe's and planned dinner. Kristin and Katie both love to cook and it was fun having people over to cook with/for. We made spinich artichoke dip, salad, salmon, and artichokes. So full.
We played a little banana grams and are watching The Vow in true slumber party form. I love catching up with my childhood friends. It is cool to have my own place to invite them over to. How did we get so grown up?!
