I took my softball seniors to lunch this afternoon, something I try to do every year after a new class graduates. It was fun to talk to the girls and see what they have been up to this summer. I think they liked having a chance to catch up with each other too. We talked about dorm life and I gave them some college advice. Three of the four are going up north to the Bay Area for school so I told them about the weather. I hope they packed sweatshirts!
Life is changing for all of us. I can't wait to hear how these four do in college, I know they will be great. They were my first graduating class and I will always be proud of them.
