I got my induction letter to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association today. The NFCA is an organization for coaches that is a great resource and contact base. They have newsletters with ideas for drills and how to run a softball program. I am already enjoying reading the newsletter and hearing about the current happenings in the softball world. Every year the NFCA has a national convention that I will now be invited to. The convention has speakers and opportunities for coaches to learn from each other. I don't think I will be able to go this year, but HW told me that if I wanted to go they would fund my trip. I am looking forward to the benefits of being apart of the association.
