Syd got me a panini maker for my birthday and while he is gone I am so glad he did. I am living on chicken pesto panini's, grilled cheese, and quesadillas. Cooking for one is a pain because I feel like I spend time cooking and then it only takes me 5 minutes to eat.First world problems for sure.
