Did a little stretching and foam rolling with Arthur this morning.
Syd and I shopped, ran errands, and delivered groceries to Kasea my Coastside Senior.
I biked and Syd ran on the Moss Beach bluffs.
We ate lunch on our balcony.
Arthur played outside under our deck, and I started noticing all the little leave and blossoms on our apple tree.
You can see the ocean from two windows in our bedroom. It is a relaxing view.
