This photo says it all. We are back to hard work and our routine!
HWSB is back in action conditioning and getting ready for the season. We challenged the girls today with four 400 meter dashes. Everyone made it in good time and they were especially happy when it was over. Hard work pays off is what I reminded them.
We have our first games on Saturday and it will be fun to see how the girls do on the field. I don't know what to expect, but I do know it will be a good measure of what we need to work on before our first official game on March.
