Remember my preventative ice bath? Today I had to ice post injury because I took a line drive to the knee. One of my players hit the ball back up the middle and through the hole in the screen. It nailed me right above my knee cap. I walked it off and said good hit!
The photo doesn't really do my lump and bruise justice, but I think it will look more impressive tomorrow.
