The Settlers of Catan

The Koerper's introduced us to a popular board game called The Settlers of Catan. It is part Risk, part Monopoly, and mostly strategy about which resources to you need to create a civilization. The object of the game is to earn 10 points and you get the points by building roads and cities, with different resource cards. The first couple times I played, I never had enough cards to buy anything, but now I am figuring out which resources are the most important.

It's a good game! Takes a while to get a hang of, but I recommend it. Come play with us in our conversation pit.
