Hanalei, Golf Cat, and Mangos

This morning we drove up to Hanalei. It is such a beautiful town, but it was so crowded with people, it was kind of unbearable. 
The mountains and waterfalls that overlook Hanalei. The scenery is so lush and green. 

We ate lunch at this Brazilian food truck, walked around and checked the shops, and then wanted to get away from the crowds so we headed back to our side of the island. 

We played an afternoon 9 holes at Kukuiolo Golf Course. 

The club house has a cat named Bob! He is super friendly and a pretty kitty. 

I gathered these mangos from our backyard. I cut into the ripest one on the right and it was the sweetest mango I have ever had! I don’t love eating mangos by themselves, I prefer them in a smoothie or in salsa, but wow! I wish I could bring these home with us to share.
