Hitting Hard with Christina, part 1

Christina and I had some free time during our last week in Switzerland so we decided to film some instructional videos for the Devils. This is part 1 of the 3 part hitting series that goes over the swing fundamentals. I plan to put all 3 parts together and eventually post the movie on a separate web page, but the video is on my blog for now.
