Slater's 50/50

I went to a new restaurant in Pasadena called Slater's 50/50 to watch the 49ers with a couple of my friends. The place is called 50/50 because the burgers are half ground beef and half bacon. I am not a huge bacon fan, but wow, this place is serious about adding extra calories to their meals. I actually ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich because I could feel my arteries clogging just by reading the menu. The restaurant had a line out the door though so it must be doing a good business among bacon lovers.

Football isn't really my thing, but I will admit, if a Bay Area sports team needs extra cheering, I am happy to do so. If SF keeps winning maybe I'll try to learn a few of the player's names. Ha.
