
The campus is lined with olive trees and there are a lot of little gardens with different ponds. One is full of lily pads and the other turtles. The turtles are really tame because they swim right up to you when you are standing on the edge. The baby one was my favorite.
There is also a country club at the school called the Athenaeum. You have to be a member to go inside and eat dinner there. The building is particularly historical because Albert Einstein lived there while he was working at Cal Tech. They seem to take a lot of pride in that fact on campus.And that is your Pasadena History lesson for the day.

Thanks, even though I grew uo in Pasadena I never visited the Cal Tech campus!
