Syd loves crab so one of our goals for our trip to HMB was to get some dungeness crab off the boat. We went to the harbor for lunch and there were a ton of boats selling crab to choose from. We ended up buying three crabs from a boat called "Bill's Crabby Crabs."

We took the crabs home and boiled them on the stove. They were a bit feisty and one pinched Syd's finger pretty hard in the process of transferring them from the bag to the pot. It was a highly entertaining process, all of use were laughing, even though Kristin was jokingly calling us murders.
The crabs came out perfectly pink and the meat was sweet. We ate them for dinner with salmon and plenty of butter and lemon. Delicious.
