My gift from Syd was a drawing explaining an outing for today. This morning we drove down to Ranch Palos Verdes to play golf. The golf course was right along the coast and had beautiful views.
It was pretty cool because you could see Catalina Island across the channel. It was a fitting view because Kristin got me a Catalina Island History book for Christmas.
I felt out of practice while playing today, but it didn't really matter because the scenery was so nice. Syd and I both agree we need to live closer to the ocean and play golf more often.
After golf, the drawing showed that we would eat lunch at an Italian restaurnt in San Pedro. Syd's favorite talk radio guys always talk about Raffaello's so he wanted to try it. The food was amazing and it kept coming! We had three different kinds of bread, salad, and ice cream, all included in our pasta meals. We tried one plate and they kept bringing more food. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are ever in San Pedro.
