Arthur has only seen rain a handful of times in SoCal, so today he was very interested in the storm. He sat in the window and watched it fall on the deck. He didn't know what to think.
Syd eventually picked Arthut up and brought him outside, and he decided really quick that it was too wet and cold! Arthur has had many firsts this week.
