Surfer Syd

I married a surfer!

Syd bought a wetsuit and booties this morning and tried out his surf board. We went to Linda Mar in Pacifica and Syd paddled around with the other beginners. There were a couple of waves he almost stood up by himself and by the end he had made great progress. 

Syd is stoked on surfing and is already planning to go tomorrow. I'm really happy he has a new hobby. I almost want to try too, but the water is cold and I dont like getting my face wet. I'm happier cheering  from my beach chair.
