Our place is even more awesome than the pictures and my dad described it. When you walk in, you are greeted with this stained glass window. Did you know that having a stained glass window is on my bucket list?! 
Our place has an open floor plan and the center is the conversation pit couch. 
Over the couch is a huge skylight so the house is really light and airy. 
We were excited to find out that in addition to two bedrooms, we have a den with an ocean view. The door opens out onto or deck. Syd is planning to use the room as an office. 
We also love the kitchen, with the island. I can't believe how much storage space we now have. 
A special thank you to my dad for helping us unload our Uhaul today. He helped us schlep all our stuff up two flights of stairs and we couldn't have done it without him.
Now the real fun begins tomorrow of unpacking and organizing. But first, I need my bed.
