I went down to San Clemente today to look at the white house on the hill that I want to live in. This was the first time that I had seen people at the house. They were older too, which is a good sign that the house might be for sale someday. Someday as in the far future...

The Beach in San Clemente is so pretty! Even though it was cloudy, the water looked really clear and icy. There is a trail with lots of joggers and bikers that go along the beach kind of like the Coastal Trail in HMB. I could totally see myself living there and going to the beach every morning.
