SF with V

Vanessa and I went into the City today to do some touristy things. We weren't the only ones because everywhere we went it was packed!

First stop was the ball park, naturally. We went to the Dugout store and got some World Series shirts for V and Olivia. I also got an SF decal to put on my car window.

 We walked around the Embarcadero for a little bit. V had a bread bowl and clam chowder for lunch and I had fish and chips. Very SF. We sat amongst the sea gulls and all the other tourists.

On the way home, we drove by the Painted Ladies. I have never been to Alamo Square on purpose, it is the type place where I accidentally drive by and say "Oh! There are the houses!" I had no idea that the other houses in the neighborhood are actually really pretty too.

Fun day today and it has been a really nice visit home. We are going to drive back to Pasadena tomorrow morning. Watch out LA, Vanessa and I are coming.
