Woah... a CSUN student was arrested for bringing a gun to campus this week. Crazy, considering I live less that 2 blocks away, used to go to school there, and a school security threat is something I think of as one of those things that happens far away from here. ^Firemen at CSUN.
Nina and I were talking about it, and it seemed like more of an outcry for help from this kid who had serious depression. The school has been deserted the last few weeks for winter break and if he really wanted to hurt someone or make a statement he probably would have waited until school was back in session.
Too bad it had to go to this extreme. I hope the kid gets the help he needs. This is a link to the local news story about the incident. I am glad no one was hurt.
